A week in the sunshine and lights!

We left the snow and rain behind and headed to SUNNY Las Vegas for the Western Veterinary Conference for the week.
It was an adventure getting there, we even designed a new stroller for those travelling with toddlers on late night flights.

But once we got there and felt the warmth of the desert air we were ready for FUN!
By day we would spend long hours indoors at the convention center or walking the 1.5 miles from our hotel room to the convention during the day, but at night we would head outdoors!

We sought out the stars and found that just because the sign says OPEN 24 HOURS doesn't really mean they are. In the morning when we went back to the "Pawn Stars" shop and we got to see Chumm Lee, one of the guys from the show. (Look closely, he's standing by the display case in black)

We saw all the glitz and art of the strip while reuniting with old friends. It was great getting to see all of you and wish we had more time to spend together.

In all I think it's safe to say everyone had a great time!

those who were seeing Las Vegas for the first time.
