Since our moving to St. Kitts it has been a weekend tradition to stop at one of the roadside BBQ's and get dinner. We found our favorite right away and even though we have tried others we still always come back to "the chicken lady". She recognizes our car and could probably have our order ready by the time we get out and walk across the street to her. Chad and Jordan like her fish. The rest of us stick with chicken. Once in a while we will get ribs or pork. It's all REALLY good and works for a fast food fix on a weekend night when I don't want to cook.

Traditions
