The Long Awaited Update!

WARNING!!! It's a LONG one!!

We tried our ankles at rollerskating in March...
Kordale didn't mind just watching from the bench

and Morgan came away with a very sore rear!

Toward the end of the night Kordale finally escaped the skates and tried to hide in the lockers!

We some how managed to make it through middle school basketball with Jordan and none of us got escorted out of the gym.

Watching Morgan play youth league ball was almost just as painful!

For Spring Break in April we headed south in search of some fun and sun...we sorta found the sun, between the rain drops in Portland; but fun was everywhere!

Big kids and little kids all found something to do at the amusement park.

We burned rubber on the bumper car track,

and spun until we couldn't spin anymore!

We then went in search for animals like us at the zoo!

We found a friend of Morgan's hanging out in the monkey exhibit, but they wouldn't let us leave our monkey behind.

We even stopped to feed the birds.

Easter weekend brought with it some sunshine and warmth!!

The easter bunny was good to all the kids and left them plenty of goodies and eggs to hunt.

Now that May is here, we can be found at the softball fields nearly every night of the week.

It gets a littel tricky when they all play the same night at seperate fields, but so far we haven't lost our minds or had dinner at 9 PM! I think that's an accomplishment in itself.

Kordale just prepares for whatever weather we encounter! And that my friends is life at the Burt Farm these days! (More about this to come)
