Happy Anniversary!
Today Chad and I celebrate our 13th wedding anniversary. Hard to believe I know!
It's not the first anniversary we have spent in different spots but we haven't been this far apart for one. Seems kind of strange actually.
The weekend before I left St. Kitts though Chad arranged for an early celebration. We splurged and got a deal with the Marriott. Then a friend of ours set up the room with a great welcome surprise. I've never had a bed covered with flowers and champagne delivered to my hotel room.

We've come so far in 13 years and endured many trials along the way. However, we have grown to love one another more and more. We have a greater appreciation of one another and understanding.

Morgan went shopping
Poor Morgan hasn't been feeling to well since our return to the states, but she was still a trooper and endured a day of trying on clothes and finding a halloween costume. In the end she was happiest about getting a new doll! Thank you grandma for the doll and clothes.

Sister's Reunited
These aren't the greatest pictures but you can probably get an idea of how excited the three of these girls were to see one another. Tori spotted us first and came running toward us about the same time Morgan took off at a dead run for Tori. Then Jordan came running behind.

I was just relieved to finally be able to stop pulling these suitcases and trying to keep the bouncing overly excited 4 year old calm while cramped in the airplane!
Look at that smile, that should tell it all! To bad they are already fighting like normal sisters do...however it's about who gets Morgan's attention not who gets what toy.
Ahhhh McDonald's
We went from Puerto Rico to Dallas, Texas. Once we found our next departure gate we went in search of food...to no avail with this tired mom. A while later Morgan spotted what she was pretty certain to be a McDonald's bag being carried by another passenger. She pulled me from my seat, we dragged our luggage along once again to the far reaches of the terminal. There we stood in front of the McDonald's counter and once again my toddler, turned little girl was in AWE! I asked her what she wanted to eat and she quietly said "what do they have here mom?" I thought the other people around me were going to die of shock. I splurged and bought her a happy meal since to her memory McDonald's was all about fries and a toy. She was in heaven and the toy helped pass the next 2 1/2 hours of flying.

On a side note, we got to ride the plane with this famous guy....Robert Patrick on our flight to Dallas. He came into the terminal and just sat down to read a book. I'm sure he knew people were whispering about him, but he just sat there. None of us econo-class flying customers were sure if the double security check right as we got on the plane was because he was onboard or not.

Whirlwind sight seeing in Puerto Rico
Leaving St. Kitts
Pres. and Shaveti came to say goodbye to their daughter and shed a few more tears with us.
