It was a bitter sweet farewell for us to leave the island. On one hand we were excited to get to see Jordan and Tori and on the other sad to leave Chad and our Kittitian family behind.Pres. and Shaveti came to say goodbye to their daughter and shed a few more tears with us.
Morgan and Chad were silly up until the last minute.

I see that leaving was hard. I imagined it would be. Thinking back to when you left the USA behind - all of those concerns and fears you had - seems like a hundred years ago, right?
I see the red eyes and nose - you were smart to be the one with the camera as you said goodbye to everyone.
This will be the first place Morgan ever called home, that she remembers. That's kind of cool, don't you think?
